Ryan's personal history in the industry stretches back more than 15 years, but his family's involvement spans 3 generations. You could say architecture and construction are in his blood.
Ryan has been with Neoteric from the beginning, weaving his strong dedication to building science & technologies into the firm's very fabric. His role as a team production leader allows him to contribute to quality assurance and field construction administration. He enjoys the challenge of detailing designs into a working reality, and makes sure that things worth doing are done right. To this end, he frequently recalls the words of a certain Jedi Master:
"Do or do not; there is no try."
In many ways, Ryan's a modern-day geek. His love of pop culture draws him to San Diego's Comic-Con International each year, and he's an early-adopter of all things technological - keeping abreast of the latest innovations and how they can help keep the firm ahead of the technological curve.
